Cakes

Original Nestle Triple Chocolate Cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 pkg (18.25 oz)chocolate cake mix
1 pkg (4 oz)chocolate instant
pudding or pie filling mix
1 container (8 oz)sour cream
4 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup warm water
2 cups Nestle morsels
2 containers (16 oz ea)frosting
Assorted candy sprinkles
Directions:
PreHeat oven to 350 F. Grease or paper line 30 muffin cups
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, vegetable oil and water in large mixer bowl; beat on low speed just until blended. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Stir in morsels. Pour into prepared muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
Bake for 25 to 28 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Frost; decorate with candy sprinkles. Makes 30 cupcakes

Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
One bag of country style hash browns
One can of cream of chicken soup
One container sour cream
One bag of shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and put your mix into a bake pan then take a bag of potato chips & crush the bag of chips & put it on the top, cook for 45 mins to an hour on 350 F.

Cookies

Original Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 tsp salt
2 cups Nestle Morsels
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
PreHeat oven to 375 F
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Makes about 5 dozen cookies
Pan Cookie Variation Grease 15X10 inch jelly roll pan. Prepare dough as above. Spread into prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack. Makes 4 dozen bars
For High Altitude Baking (5200 feet) Increase flour to 2 1/2 cups. Add 2 tsp water with flour and reduce both granulated sugar and brown sugar to 2/3 cups each. Bake drop cookies for 8 to 10 minutes and pan cookie for 17 to 19 minutes.




Original Nestle Double-Chocolate Dream Cookies
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups Nestle Morsels
1/2 cup Nestle Baking Cocoa
Directions:
PreHeat oven to 375 F
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs for about 2 minutes or until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cookies are puffed. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Makes about 4 1/2 dozen cookies




Original Nestle Choc-Oat-Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp milk
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
2 1/2 cups quick/old fash oats
2 cups Nestle Morsels
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
Directions:
PreHeat oven to 375 F
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats, morsels and nuts; mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes for chewy cookies or 12 to 13 for crispy cookies. Cool on baking sheets for 1 minute; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Makes about 4 dozen cookies
